Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling
We ship to the United States & Canada. All orders will be processed within 2 business days and sent via USPS. Customers will be sent a tracking number once the order has shipped. Please allow 2-5 days from ship date for delivery in the United States and 6-10 days from ship date for delivery to Canada. Shipping price is dependent on the number of items shipping, and will appear in your cart once items have been added. See table below for standard shipping costs.
If you receive any damaged products, please send an email with a description of the damage and a photo to our team at contact@gallopinggames.com. If your package is lost in transit, please report it to our team at contact@gallopinggames.com.
United States Shipping Costs:
Under $15 subtotal: $5
$15–$25 inclusive: $7
Over $25: $8.50
Canada Shipping Costs:
Flat Rate of $15
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated in the shopping cart, based on shipping location.
Returns & Exchanges
Not the right fit? You can return unopened games in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 can be returned until Jan 31.
To start a return, email contact@gallopinggames.com with your order number. Returns are shipped by mail, and the customer pays return shipping. We don't charge a restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of when we receive the return.
Damaged, defective, or missing pieces? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free of charge, with no return needed.
